She had it coming... 1. Yes, I know the quality of the picture's pretty low, but that was the best I could get it without it being resized.

2. The character that's always offscreen is Odbarc, who is the world saver at that point because the teleporter sent Temy back in time.

3. Odbarc is never shown because FMA's Odbarc sprite doesn't look good on a black background.

4. The explosion was the second one at the north pole, which was the best event I could think of that was close to when Temy said she was ambassador.

5. I don't have a clue what character Onion Kid is supposed to be.

6. If you look closely at the second last frame (the one where Odbarc counts the letters), you can see the invisible shield.

7. Yes, I know that these explanations aren't in the order they appear in the comic, or any order for that matter.

8. And finally, yes, I know I suck at blood. Deal with it.

That was actually pretty... weird. I'll say it first, save your pictures as indexed-color PNGs. Much cleaner than JPG.

math25000, August 16th, 2006, 9:47 pm

PNGs are too dark... Seriously, they are. Look at this:

Nothing to say. Really Great comic math. You win a dozen Colberts.

Temy, August 17th, 2006, 4:01 pm

Factual errors Math, before I can give an opinion, I have errors to report.

1. Why I put a Lv.1 Ambassador as being stronger than a Lv.20 Samurai (in the original version) is because the Ambassador appointment is a promotion over a regular samurai. If any of you played any of the Fire Emblems, you should know that a lv.20 (or lv.10 or up for that matter, no matter the promotion item) unpromoted character becomes, upon promotion, a lv.1 of that promoted class. If you don`t know that Fire Emblem notion, then your knowledge of any Fire emblem is so limited that you didn`t promote any characters in any FE game or you never did play any. I based my character sheets (in my basic version) like a Lv.20 FE Knight with an incoming promotion to a lv.1 General.

2. (Follow-up of the number 1) With promotion comes stat bonuses (usually within the range of which I modified my stats).

3. In the Samurai character sheet, three stats should have been written in green: 40/40 (HP), 20 (Str and Def). This had to be because of the stat limits for unpromoted FE chars.

4. It was my way to introduce you to FE, though Math ruined it.

Factual errors in the Factual Errors Get used to it.

This is the Radio Gaem, and thoguh we do use a lot of D&D, in which case you would still be stronger, as a Samurai 20/Ambassador 1, Math is our mathematician expert, and therefore better than you. It also makes him right 99.9% of the time, unlike myself, who is always right.

If your waitning for your next comic, prepare to be pleasantly surprised.

Heh. I actually did say 'not again...' when I blew up the North Pole. Good times, good times.

Flame Master Axel, August 17th, 2006, 6:13 pm

Factual Errors to other Factual Errors (Not Strikers) Striker, that was if she mutliclassed, which from the original comic, she didn't. And ambassador is a NPC class, so you fail Temy.

Besides, you didn't even use FE sprites. You used Final Fantasy Tactics. If we use there logic, you lose stats and abilites, actually being a Level 0.

Lastly, We don't care about Fire Emblem. We are a Final Fantasy based game, with D&D elements. I would say the Radio Game Stats mimic those of the FFIIIj and FFV, with the multi-classing of D&D and other such games. No Fire emblem.

The Almighty Striker, August 17th, 2006, 6:37 pm

A very good point.

math25000, August 17th, 2006, 7:33 pm

What they said... Don't forget AQ. We do use their world and some backgrounds.

Does anybody have any other ideas for making the quality better without making it dark or shrunk? Because it's looks wierd, especially the glow around the mushroom cloud.

Also, you (Temy) said "before I give an opinion..." and then went on and on, and never gave an a opinion. You lose.

The Almighty Striker, August 17th, 2006, 9:17 pm

Actualy, yes.... I'm in the process of prowling the 'How to make a Sprite Comic' sprite comic. I found it under Nanyo's (above) name and such. Quite factual, actually.

Temy, August 18th, 2006, 2:08 pm

1. This is a pretty good comic, but Temy`s reason as to why Temy dies is so... lousy.

2. Remember that Temy is an other-worldly gal, so it may explain why Temy did so ill in the Radio Game's... It also explains why a lv.1 Ambassador is stronger than a lv.20 Samurai (if you abide by the rules of that "other world", that is). I'll explain how she came to this world in another webcomic.

Flame Master Axel, August 18th, 2006, 6:15 pm

Ahhh! The Horribleness! It burns You just used third person and first person in the same paragraph, both refering to your self! The Horror!

Lastly, we don't. Fire Emblem is not us. We are not Fire Emblem.

One more thing, you fail. Miserably. Temy was killed by Odbarc while he was fighting leprechauns. Every Radio Gamer knows of that.

Temy (Guest), August 20th, 2006, 1:03 pm

My error.

Flair (Guest), August 26th, 2006, 2:12 am

Too lazy to log in. I just noticed that is my Godmodder Teleporter... I thought it was destroyed with my old base when Carnax blasted it.

Curse those Guardians! They have no idea what soda it holds!

Flair Nuruk, September 1st, 2006, 5:11 am

Godmodder Teleporter! Activate! So it was the Guardians who stole my Godmodder Teleporter. I think it's time for yet another attack on Battleon! >:[

Radio Game. I'm wondering if there's a huge concidence in you using both "the radio game" as well as the character name "odbarc" together.
A year or two ago, I made a game for the forums of Newage3 called the Radio Game where the character Odbarc (a name I've been using for years as well) follows the commands of whomever posts described as communications via a radio.

Fun ensues. I decided to search for my own name and I came across this as well as some other website which also has the a radio game and a character named odbarc in it.

My email is

The Almighty Striker, January 27th, 2007, 12:27 am

Yo. I see the highly profound and unlikely coincidences there.

By any chance, in your incarnation in it, was there a much beloved character named Temy whom everyone loved and adored? Becasue that's how it is here.

Odbarc (Guest), January 27th, 2007, 9:09 pm

Sorry. I don't know any Temy's yet.
Also kinda funny, I make my own comics except I use FF6 sprites. Alas, I have no website to properly host them so I use photobucket.

Flame Master Axel, January 29th, 2007, 12:52 am

Eff off "Odbarc"

Lets see these supposed comics and this supposed Radio Game before you come in here and claim everything.

Odbarc (Guest), February 14th, 2010, 1:27 pm

Effing it Actually, my Radio game, which I haven't done in forever, was a forum game.
My sprite comics aren't anything to write home about.

I'm really only curious to who/how you decided to use the name Odbarc too?

math25000, February 15th, 2010, 3:32 pm

Actually our Radio Game is a forum game too. Er, was. You're the first person to comment on this in about 3 years.

Have you ever heard of Sir Iggy the Bold? He created a forum game on the Adventure question forums called the Radio Game which we all joined and became our Radio Game. He later said something about getting his inspiration (and the character name Odbarc) from a similar forum game he joined on another forum, perhaps that was your forum game?

Since he started that game, we continued it with a host of other people leading the game as the World Saver as we call it. I think we had just short of 20 world savers (though a few of us went multiple times) before it kinda died out. Not much has really happened Radio Game wise in the last 2 years...

Well...Are you gonna say anything, or are you just going to stand there with your mouth open like an idiot. I mean, I comment on your comics...okay I don't read your comics, but if I did, I would comment. I mean really, thats so very rude. Comment! I say COMMENT!
